Welcome to Student Community Standards!
The mission of the Department of Student Community Standards is to cultivate a culture of community responsibility by upholding Texas A&M University’s high standards of conduct and accountability both behaviorally and academically. To achieve this mission, we are committed to:
Upholding the core values of Excellence, Integrity, Leadership, Loyalty, Respect and Selfless Service.
Encouraging thoughtful reflection that instills and develops sound decision-making.
Educating individuals and organizations on their rights and responsibilities as members of the university community.
Fostering accountability through a fundamentally fair process.
Serving as a resource for students and partners within the university community.
Providing restorative opportunities that empower students to become leaders who positively contribute to their communities.
Student Conduct Office
The Student Conduct Office encourages the development and well-being of all students. This is accomplished by promoting reflection, fostering accountability, and educating students and campus partners on individual rights and responsibilities within the university community.
